Almost two years ago, I fell in love with Herman's photo on the Indianapolis Humane Society's website and my life has never been better! I adopted him that weekend, and he's lived a spoiled, luxurious life every day since.
Herman attended Bark Tutor's Puppy Pre-School where he instantly made dozens of new friends! His trainers adored him, so he still makes weekly visits for their Doggy Day Care. His favorite hobbies are playing tug, digging holes and tormenting his sister cats. He also keeps mom in shape by taking her on jogs down the Monon Trail and around Broad Ripple. When it's warm, he loves riding shotgun in mom's Jeep and chasing squirrels.
Herman was brought into the Indianapolis Humane Society shortly after he was born on May 13, 2014. He was the last of his litter to be adopted on August 1, 2014. Thanks to the generosity of IndyHumane supporters and Mutt Strut participants, Herman was well cared for before finding his forever home! Thank you for all that you do, and know that YOU make a difference!
Join the Fun!
On Sunday, May 15th, I will be participating in the 13th annual Mutt Strut, a pet walk (with or without a pet) benefiting the Humane Socitey of Indianapolis held at Garfield Park. You can join me for The Greatest Spectacle in Dog Walking by donating on my behalf or registering to walk with me. Every donation helps IndyHumane find homes for thousands of homeless animals each year.
